Richard J. Schickler, III is the  President and CEO of R.J. Schickler, Inc., Patriot Towers, Inc., and Schickler Equipment Rental, Inc. 

Rich has been employed by R.J. Schickler, Inc.  sporadically throughout his academic career since 1986.  After graduating with his BA in Finance, enjoying several Masters level courses in RIT's graduate program, and after being employed as a Sr. Financial Analyst for 7 years at RITRC, Rich came back to take the reigns of R.J. Schickler, Inc. from his father in 1999.

Rich, with the assistance of his father Dick and his partner Doug Harradine, started Patriot Towers, Inc. in 2001.  Rich later started Schickler Equipment Rental, Inc. in 2006.

Under Rich's direction, R.J. Schickler, Inc. and Patriot Towers, Inc. have each been awarded placement in The Rochester Top 100.  

Rich and his wife Maureen recently enjoyed the arrival of their first son, Richard IV.  Rich enjoys building and road racing motorcycles at the expert level, sporting clays, and building Arts and Crafts style furniture.



Doug Harradine is a managing partner of Patriot Towers, Inc. He started here in 2001 at the onset of the Patriot Towers. His experience and expertise have helped the company grow. He plays an integral role in managing every aspect from customer relations to job scheduling to managing tower climber crews.
